Innovative IT talent recruitment company Devs.LT is joining the Vilnius Tech Park business development partners’ network. And the company, which uses AI-based technology to help startups and international companies find the IT specialists they need, will be offering exclusive services and rates to the tech park community.
Lithuania’s startup and IT communities have been growing rapidly in recent years, leading to heightened demand for top tech talents. In this context, Devs.LT have created a unique service that enables forward- thinking companies to attract the best of the best. Devs.LT is a platform that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) to enable companies to find the ideal candidates for their IT positions.
And as Gleb Divov, the company’s CEO, explains, the platform looks at much more than just CVs. “We’ve created a unique profiling system for both candidates and companies, which considers personality, psychological characteristics and corporate culture, allowing us to perfectly match companies with candidates,” says Mr Divov. “Currently, we have over 1,500 developers on our platform and we are growing rapidly.”
And the presence of Devs.LT in Vilnius Tech Park will be a huge boost to the innovative companies operating there. They will be able to use the Devs.LT platform to find candidates for full-time positions (whether they are local, working remotely or relocating from other countries), plus remote freelancers for part-time jobs and small remote teams to outsource key elements of projects to. Best of all, these services will be available at exclusive community rates. “We are offering very special conditions for the Tech Park community,” confirms Mr Divov. “The most pleasant one is a 30% discount on success fees. Plus we only charge companies when they hire via the platform, with all other options available for free. And there will be another important benefit for community members; they will get to check out new talent on our platform 3 days before their profiles are shown to other companies.”
And the team at Devs.LT are excited to be a part of Vilnius Tech Park. They believe the project is an important step in growing the tech sector in Lithuania, because it unites global corporations with startups, giving them a unique opportunity to collaborate. “We believe that Baltic countries have great potential, and that in 10 years’ time this will be the Silicon Valley of Europe,” forecasts Mr Divov.
And for Darius Zakaitis, Managing Director of Vilnius Tech Park, the presence of Devs.LT will make the community more successful by enabling its members to attract the best IT talents. “With Devs.LT and its AI- based platform, Vilnius Tech Park is now a place where even the recruitment process has an innovative twist. With more than 700 entrepreneurs here, plus co-working facilities, events and business partners, Vilnius Tech Park is truly an ecosystem where people can develop new ideas and create the future,” says Mr Zakaitis.
